Bali is not a destination, it’s an initiation.

A place where life, nature, and spirit still breathe as one. During this journey, we enter the island not as tourists, but as pilgrims: ready to awaken, to release, to reconnect, and to remember what truly moves us inside.

Through daily practices, rituals, nature immersions, and cultural encounters, we travel the sacred landscape of Bali as a mirror of our own inner landscape.

This is a journey to deepen your relationship with yourself, with the natural world, and with the community that welcomes you, a journey designed to restore balance, presence, and meaning in your life.

Bali Retreat 2026

The calling of a Sacred Territory

Bali is one of the few places in the world where the visible and the invisible still walk side by side. Here, every offering, every river, every volcano, every temple and every gesture carries intention, a constant dialogue between humans, nature, and spirit.

The Balinese don’t “practice spirituality.” They live inside it.
It is woven through their breath, their rituals, their relationships, their way of tending to the land and honoring their ancestors.

To arrive in Bali is to enter a field where everything has soul.
Where purification is part of daily life, where beauty is a form of devotion, and where harmony is the highest form of wisdom.

TRI HITA KARANA The Balinese lifestyle

In this retreat, we work with the island through the three sacred bonds that sustain its inner balance and wellbeing for them:

  • Your relationship with yourself, your energy, your purpose, your inner clarity.
  • Your relationship with nature, the mountains, the rivers, the forests, the ocean.
  • Your relationship with community, the rituals, the people, the traditions that hold this land together.

Bali calls us to slow down, to soften, to open, to release, and to listen.
It calls us to recalibrate our inner world through the wisdom of its outer world,
through water, earth, fire, sound, movement, prayer, and the gentle presence of
its people.

This journey is a collaboration between you and the island.
You bring your readiness; Bali brings her medicine.

THE TRIP

Day 1: Landing & Stillness

NIGHT ATT BAGUS JATI (NORTH OF UBUD) We settle into a retreat nestled between jungle and mountains, a place designed to help the body exhale, land, and slowly attune to Bali’s natural rhythm. This first day is all about recovering from the journey and letting the energy arrive. Through silence, rest, and the simple act of being held by nature, we open the space for the experience that is about to begin.

Day 2: Intention Setting

{NORTH OF UBUD} We begin with a welcome ceremony inside the retreat’s private temple, guided by a Balinese priest. This sacred space allows us to set intention and align with the energy of the group and the island. The rest of the day is devoted to breathwork and practices of presence, cultivating inner clarity and opening our energetic field to what this journey will ask of us.

Day 3: Ancestral Memory

{NORTH OF UBUD} We explore the relationship between the natural elements and Bali’s spiritual history. We visit rice terraces, ancient temples, and ritual spaces where water and earth awaken deep memories. This day balances movement, contemplation, and free time, giving each person space to integrate the journey through a personal and symbolic lens

Day 4: Purification

(SOUTH UBUD)
We move into a new environment surrounded by lush vegetation and flowing rivers. The day takes us through some of the island’s most iconic landscapes: sacred lakes, rice terraces, waterfalls, and mountain temples. This blend of nature and ritual begins to open the process of energetic and emotional cleansing.

Day 5: Embodiment

(SOUTH UBUD)
A day dedicated to introspection and embodied connection. We move through somatic practices, a bicycle ride through traditional villages, and a sound bath inside the sound pyramids. Throughout the day, we continue releasing tension and old structures, creating space for a more refined sensitivity to emerge.

Day 6: Rebirth Threshold

(SOUTH UBUD)
Through a journey across natural sanctuaries and powerful temples, we enter deeper purification rituals. The energy of the volcano, the ancestral presence of Besakih Temple, and the silence of the bamboo forest accompany this step into a new version of ourselves.

Day 7: Connection & Belonging

{Sidemen}
An intimate, human-centered day. We receive a traditional massage among the rice fields, learn the art of creating offerings, and share lunch with a local family. We also take part in a private ceremony inside their family temple. This day invites us into the communal and spiritual dimension of everyday life in Bali

Day 8: Transition

{Sidemen}
We leave Ubud and travel toward the eastern side of the island, into the valley of Sidemen. Along the way, we visit a Bali Aga village and an ancient water palace. Once we arrive, we settle into a landscape of extraordinary natural beauty, a place designed for contemplation, rest, and the subtle inner work that prepares us for rebirth.

Day 9: Fire & Expansion

{Sidemen}
In this mountainous land, surrounded by rivers and rice terraces, we move through a mindful hike and a fire ceremony. We work with practices that help us cut old patterns, release accumulated tension, and create space for what is new. The focus of the day is emotional and energetic expansion.

Day 10: Surrender

{AMED — BEACH}
We descend from the valley toward the eastern coast, passing hidden beaches and volcanic landscapes. Amed welcomes us with its gentle energy, a place to release expectations and surrender to the present moment. The ocean becomes our new teacher: a space of play, fluidity, and quiet contemplation.

Day 11: Trust & Manifestation

{AMED — BEACH}
A day devoted to practices by the sea: yoga, breathwork, snorkeling, and creative visualization. We work on our capacity to trust, activate inner power, and clarify direction. The body softens, the mind clears, and the heart aligns with what is essential.

Day 12: Integration

{AMED – BEACH}
We visit Lempuyang Temple, the iconic Gate of Heaven, and in the evening we gather around a closing fire. This final day is dedicated to integrating the entire process, honoring the path we’ve walked, and making space for the seeds that are beginning to emerge. A symbolic and conscious closing, so we can return home clearer, lighter, and more connected.
